  • Enter time submitted for different field and traveling crews.

  • Print time entry reports for review, and coordinate with department and field for any additional corrections that need to be Investigate and enter missed time, make-ups, missing checks, lay-off requests, retro forms, and stop payment requests submitted by regional field personnel, processed prior to payroll submission. icago REgional H

  • Investigate and enter missed time, make-ups, missing checks, lay-off requests, retro forms, and stop payment requests submitted by regional field personnel.

  • Coordinate the routing of weekly payroll checks.

  • Enter cost code moves in our time entry program or request journal entries through accounting on a weekly/as needed basis.

  • Compile miscellaneous weekly or monthly reports for regional and field use in CMiC and PC Time on an as-needed basis to verify that trades and non-trades are paid correctly for their union and/or jurisdiction.

  • Complete/review/submit new hire paperwork for all trade and/or salary new/rehires. Contact field personnel to follow up on obtaining missing documents so that the region is compliant. Review/Complete personnel electronic change forms

  • Assist regional jobsite personnel with day-to-day issues and/or questions pertaining to HR, Insurance, Payroll, etc., and be able redirect to the correct source for assistance if unable to resolve at a Regional level. Work closely with Unions to address problems if necessary.

  • Learn multiple responsibilities of fellow coordinators in order to effortlessly transit into different roles and perform a variety of job duties.

  • May be responsible for initial training of project admins and for helping to coordinate and participate in the annual admin training class.


  • College-level education or High School diploma

  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a business that required handling HR and/or Payroll or Customer Service-related processes.

  • Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Ability to learn and understand in house computer software

  • Good organization and time management skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules
