Enter time submitted for different field and traveling crews.
Print time entry reports for review, and coordinate with department and field for any additional corrections that need to be Investigate and enter missed time, make-ups, missing checks, lay-off requests, retro forms, and stop payment requests submitted by regional field personnel, processed prior to payroll submission. icago REgional H
Investigate and enter missed time, make-ups, missing checks, lay-off requests, retro forms, and stop payment requests submitted by regional field personnel.
Coordinate the routing of weekly payroll checks.
Enter cost code moves in our time entry program or request journal entries through accounting on a weekly/as needed basis.
Compile miscellaneous weekly or monthly reports for regional and field use in CMiC and PC Time on an as-needed basis to verify that trades and non-trades are paid correctly for their union and/or jurisdiction.
Complete/review/submit new hire paperwork for all trade and/or salary new/rehires. Contact field personnel to follow up on obtaining missing documents so that the region is compliant. Review/Complete personnel electronic change forms
Assist regional jobsite personnel with day-to-day issues and/or questions pertaining to HR, Insurance, Payroll, etc., and be able redirect to the correct source for assistance if unable to resolve at a Regional level. Work closely with Unions to address problems if necessary.
Learn multiple responsibilities of fellow coordinators in order to effortlessly transit into different roles and perform a variety of job duties.
May be responsible for initial training of project admins and for helping to coordinate and participate in the annual admin training class.
College-level education or High School diploma
Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a business that required handling HR and/or Payroll or Customer Service-related processes.
Microsoft Office and Outlook
Ability to learn and understand in house computer software
Good organization and time management skills
Good communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing schedules
